News Update:

Bona Books exhibition
Historically, books have played a central role in lesbian and gay life. It was through their pages that many queers were first able to name their longings and shape their desires.

From the tashiest pulp to key texts of lesbian and gay liberation, from strange theories to true life - it's all in the Brighton Ourstory Heritage Library, of which this exhibition is a tasty bite.

Sat 3 - Wed 28 February 2007
Jubilee Library, Jubilee Street (off Church Street), Brighton

Admission is free and open to all comers during library opening hours.

Who are we?
Brighton Ourstory was set up to collect and preserve our lesbian and gay history. Our long term aim is to establish an archive in its own premises.

We've recently set up as a charity, more of which to come soon. Click here to find out more about us.
